Communications to CCPS and the BoCC

These are quite a few, but not all, of the communications Calvert County Public Schools and the Calvert County Commission have received. They can’t say they didn’t know – especially because some of them were/are in on it. (Synopses included)

07-31-24-letter to CCPS Superintendent Dr. Andrae Townsel and BoE requesting known child sexual predator Travis Mister, who has been protected for YEARS in the system, be terminated from CCPS and the community finally informed, after he was just promoted to the Transportation Department. Detailing more about former Sheriff Mike Evan’s extortion of various forms of insurance from former Superintendent and sadistic pedophile Daniel D. Curry, to the tune of scores of millions of dollars – all at taxpayer expense. Many medical providers all over Calvert County received free Cadillac health insurance from CCPS in exchange for prescribing for Evans’ ring. Explaining what some of these evil medical providers have done to me, to try to destroy me to keep me from exposing their role in contributing to Calvert County’s opioid epidemic. Mike Evans extorted these various forms of insurance from Daniel D. Curry in exchange for looking the other way on crimes being committed against children in CCPS. There is finally a responsible County Commission majority in Commissioners Grasso, Ireland and Cox, and well as an honest Sheriff and administration. CCPS should pursue most who received free health insurance for remuneration, which might help with how tight the budget is. These things and more have now been known to the State’s Attorney’s office for over six years, yet no action has been taken.

02-02-24-letter to County Commission, Calvert government employees, and CCPS Superintendent, BoE and CCPS employees detailing more of pedophile therapist Richard Kelly’s abuse, the $3 million dollars offered to me in lieu of records for which I sued. I chose the records, which have exposed myriad financial crimes committed by former Superintendent and sadistic pedophile Daniel D. Curry. The County Commission funded these things and also paid family of mine in Oregon to abuse me and lie about me. Commissioners Mike Hart, Buddy Hance and former Commissioners Steve Weems and Kelly McConkey all were in on funding this money and plotting and scheming to destroy me, so I would not succeed in my efforts. They conspired (directly and knowingly by extension) with pedophiles, drug dealers, dirty cops, evil medical providers of mine (many of whom prescribed for Mike Evans’ drug ring), thieves, grifters and rumored murderers. More facts of the situation: pedophiles are entrenched at every level of public educational systems in our country; more details on pedophile Travis Mister, who still has a job; current and former BoE members Dawn Balinski, Tracy McGuire, Bill Phalen and Kelly McConkey protected Mister and covered it up – that poor boy’s parents were never contacted; because of evil former leadership in the Sheriff’s Office, current and former monsters at CCPS and current and former Commissioners at the County Commission, all of whom have known these things for years; CCPS paid $38 million in a little over two years to supply the drug ring, which wasn’t all Mike Evans extorted from former Superintendent Daniel D. Curry to look the other way on children being molested in the system. From what I’ve seen new CCPS Superintendent Dr. Andrae Townsel is not abusing internal accounts as slush funds, and I believe he and his administration are running CCPS reasonably and honorably. The County’s bond rating is in danger due to uncaring, evil leadership, past and present.

10-30-23-Letter to County Commission analyzing their joke of a proposed performance audit for CCPS. The scope of work was narrowed to the point it will not provide proof of the myriad crimes committed in CCPS, and is only designed to figure out how the Commission can reduce their funding to CCPS, not for transparency. This audit is nowhere near a full performance audit, let alone a comprehensive, forensic audit. Confronting the Commission on their conspiracy with CCPS to pay my former therapist, Richard Kelly, $3 million to destroy me, to make me go away and stop pursuing this situation, effectively putting out a hit on me. Richard Kelly took the money; his son Luis Kelly is a dirty cop in former Sheriff Mike Evans drug ring; Richard Kelly is also a child sexual predator; Richard Kelly received free health insurance from the system. Then-Commissioners Steve Weems and Kelly McConkey, current Commissioners Mike Hart and Buddy Hance were involved in this conspiracy. Why did they conspire with Richard Kelly and how are they compromised? I am not making this up. On November 1, the County Commission cancelled their joint meeting with CCPS to discuss the audit.

Why didn’t Steve Weems run again, and why did Kelly McConkey put in no effort to running? CCPS has a problem with addressing legitimate racism, but pretends to address racism in other ways. BoE members Dawn Balinski, Tracy McGuire and Bill Phalen betrayed everyone, they all knew former-Superintendent Daniel D. Curry used his position, with his PAX 1st-grade teacher-wife, Jacqueline Wisnauskas, helping him. The pedophile network history is lengthy and broad. Why did the Board vote to buy Curry a new car even though they knew he would be leaving soon? Improper fingerprinting standards for employees, how outdated was their equipment and background check system? CCPS rigs a bid for a pedophile surveillance installer, who is paid at least 4x more than he bid. Former Calvert Recorder education beat reporter Andrew Cephas did a great job; why is Mike Reid, new Editor and education beat reporter so eager to make Daniel D. Curry look like a good guy, and CCPS well-run? Curry can’t help but advertise his predilections for boys, especially very young ones. Curry thrills to pain, and has repeatedly encouraged a school shooting. Intimidation attempt by Curry and former Sheriff Mike Evans, Lax recruiting standards for Superintendent roles – why? Former CHS Principal Steve Lucas is now Superintendent of the Delaware district Daniel D. Curry used to run, Kelly McConkey betrayed all of us, etc.

4-15-18-Complaint about chaotic and abusive circumstances at Southern Middle School. I mailed ten complaints, all certified/return receipt. We never received any of the receipts in the mail, because former Sheriff Mike Evans has influence over the mail and did Superintendent Daniel D. Curry’s bidding, in exchange for taxpayer-funded favors. I warned in the complaint that I feared retaliation, I had no idea what was coming.
